NO Refunds on Items lost in the shipping process after pick up.

There is a 20% restock fee.

Refunds are given as store credit for manufacture defects within 10 days of shipping date, for North America. 15 days for the rest of the World.

Refunds will not include any shipping costs, insurance costs

For other than manufactures defects, store credit will be given. You Must get a return # from us befor you return it.
